Mr. Manish Rai brings over 14 years of industry experience across civil construction, infrastructure development, and project execution.
As Founder & Director of Aamira Infraventure Pvt. Ltd., he combines technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, project management capabilities, and extensive on-ground construction experience to guide the company’s growth and project delivery.
His professional journey has been shaped by a strong focus on quality, engineering excellence, durability, aesthetics, timely execution, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
A HANDS-ON APPROACH TO EXECUTION
Mr. Rai’s experience covers the complete project lifecycle—from planning and site development to structural works, infrastructure, specialised flooring, finishing, and final handover.
His understanding of construction methodologies, resource planning, quality management, cost control, site operations, and execution enables him to maintain close oversight of projects from concept to completion.
